Whilst working at McKenna Townsend I was in charge of undertaking a website audit to determine whether Care South, a care home client, required a redesign of their site. This document included a sitemap, google analytics data, heat-maps from Microsoft Clarity and a range of competitor analysis. This was then followed by site recommendations based on the previous information provided, as well as a variety of initial designs to offer an insight into what a redesign could entail.
