Care South, a care client I worked with whilst working at McKenna Townsend, wanted a temporary fix for their care home pages that were displaying a low Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating, ie ‘needs improving’. The redesign was restricted by the back-end system which meant I had to keep the same block layout throughout as well as maintaining the text/colours to keep the page consistent.
The extra additions to the page such as the residential testimonial video, internal audit, CEO messaging and Home manager video were included on request  by Care South. The intention was to increase the number of mobile & online enquiries by hiding the CQC rating within a tab, limiting the amount of people who would see the score.
